JAMES CHANES is a Realtor and is also a member of the State Bar of California. Before
spending time as an attorney,
James worked for over five years at The Management Group, a
business management firm in Beverly Hills, handling real estate transactions for the firm’s high-net worth clients. James’ professional pursuits – both as an attorney and as a realtor – have been laser-focused on client service. “I’ve worked in all areas of real estate purchasing; commercial, residential, and residential income – from entry-level to very expensive,” says James. “Through doing this, you realize most of the client’s concerns are always the same. ‘Is it a good investment?’ ‘Is it ‘the right’ house?’ ‘Am I making the right decision?’ Those are the types of questions I’m answering every day.”
James, a native New Yorker, currently resides in Venice Beach.
