At the age of 20, David obtained his real estate sales license, and by 23, he became one of the youngest brokers in California. As a young L.A. native, David was immersed in the world of construction, learning the intricacies of diverse architectural styles and the innovation behind community development.
David’s professional journey began at Shapell Industries where he sold over 1200 homes in developments in Porter Ranch, participated in the buyer pre-qualification process, and contributed to the improvement of floor plans and exterior elevations. David's keen eye for architectural trends and his ability to strategize the forward plotting of future phases made him an invaluable asset to the company.
Eventually, David's passion for homes and architecture guided him to the home resale market in L.A. where he found his true calling. Working with a diverse clientele, including small real estate developers, studio heads, writers, professors, and attorneys, David's expertise in architecture and his ability to connect with people made him a trusted advisor in their overall real estate experiences.
