JEFF YARBROUGH is a top-producing licensed Realtor and Broker who, due to his clients wide-spread geographic interests, has knowledge of all of Los Angeles’ most desirable neighborhoods. Says Jeff: “I work from the mountains to the sea. I’ve listed and sold homes from Pasadena to the ocean, from Mt. Washington to Hancock Park, from the Sunset Strip and Beverly Hills to Marina Del Rey.” Jeff began his real estate career at the esteemed L.A. brokerage DBL, which eventually merged with Sotheby’s (Jeff remained at Sotheby’s for 2 years post-merger). Jeff has spent the last 12 years of his professional life at Keller Williams Beverly Hills, where he also oversees the office’s #1 luxury real estate team, Jeff Yarbrough Group. “Beverly Hills is the perfect location for me. It sits in the middle of my territory. I can get to Silver Lake or Santa Monica pretty quick.” Since 2009, Jeff has ranked in the top .01% of agents at Keller Williams International, which is the largest real estate brokerage in the world.
Jeff and his office sell over $1.2+ billion worth of property each year. “Making money in the communities where we work means giving back,” says Jeff. “My personal passion is finding homes—not only for people—but for animals.” Jeff chooses a charity annually and makes donations from each and every closing to that charity. For 2021, Jeff has designated The Tailwaggers Foundation to receive money from his business. “The Tailwaggers Foundation is unique among animal charities: It provides funds to pay-off existing veterinary bills for animal rescue organizations,” says Jeff. “The rescue orgs are operating in debt due to caring for sick and injured animals. TWF help them with those costs which, in turn, helps the rescues focus on placing animals in loving homes.”
Jeff lives in West Hollywood with his rescue French Bulldogs, Jammer and Sassy, and has served on WeHo Advisory Boards and Commissions at the request of current and former City Council members Jon Heilman, John Duran, Jeff Prang, and Abbe Land.
ZACK FEITELBERG was born and raised in Los Angeles and has a unique understanding of the real estate market that could only be attained by a native. Realizing the potential in the real estate market in his hometown, Zack was drawn towards the Jeff Yarbrough Group. As an agent, Zack provides unparalleled professionalism and service for all of his clients.
Outside of the Jeff Yarbrough Group, Zack is an avid real estate investor and currently owns several multi-million dollar properties. Zack also dabbles in house flipping and always keeps one eye open for the right deal for him and his clients. “I’d rather help one of my clients get a great deal, but if they pass, then I might do it myself.” Zack lives in Cheviot Hills.
JAMES CHANES is a Realtor and is also a member of the State Bar of California. Before spending time as an attorney, James worked for over five years at The Management Group, a business management firm in Beverly Hills, handling real estate transactions for the firm’s high-net worth clients. James’ professional pursuits–both as an attorney and as a realtor–have been laser-focused on client service. “I’ve worked in all areas of real estate purchasing; commercial, residential, and residential income–from entry-level to very expensive,” says James. “Through doing this, you realize most of the client’s concerns are always the same. ‘Is it a good investment?’ ‘Is it ‘the right’ house?’ ‘Am I making the right decision?’ Those are the types of questions I’m answering every day.”
James, a native New Yorker, currently resides in Venice Beach.
TIFFANY PETERSON, a native of La Jolla CA, is passionate about making connections between people and property. The daughter of a University Professor and a sales executive, Tiffany embarked on her own professional journey working in business development for a clothing line. She has managed finances in arenas like international retail and manufacturing. Ultimately, she decided to pursue a career in real estate. Says Tiffany: “For maximum impact, I chose to take my entrepreneurial skills from a global level to a local level. I wanted to help L.A.-based sellers connect with buyers and vice versa.”
As a top-producing Realtor, Tiffany has experience in listings, relocations, investment properties, non-primary home purchases, and also works with first-time buyers. “Tiffany’s a full-time team player who believes each deal should be a win-win for all involved,” says Jeff Yarbrough Group Principal Jeff Yarbrough. “Her drive and optimism is infectious. Her professionalism and ethics are impeccable.”
In keeping with the culture at Jeff Yarbrough Group, Tiffany gives back to her community as a library volunteer and helps in efforts to feed those who are homeless. She has a passion for fitness—a requirement in her busy life as mother of triplets (Adrianna, Iris, and Ben) and as companion to her beloved bulldog, Hans. Tiffany lives in Los Feliz.
Josh Canova is a Southern California native. He grew up in Laguna Niguel, where he garnered an appreciation for the SoCal lifestyle. His father is a contractor, which is where his where love of design and real estate began.
Before starting a real estate career, Josh spent 15 years in healthcare. He has worked for the largest pharmaceutical and medical device companies in the world, Pfizer and Medtronic. Josh spent time in sales and marketing, product development, and healthcare economics. He also served as an executive for two healthcare startups, one Locally in the Valley and the other on the Upper East Side in New York City. His philosophy has always been that if you put the customer first, you will be successful no matter what industry you choose.
Having bought and sold several personal and investment properties, Josh has experience navigating challenging transactions. He currently lives in a home that Jeff Yarbrough sold him in the Hollywood Hills with his husband Joey and two dogs, Bandit and Charlie.
ISAI MUNOZ was born-and-raised in Los Angeles. Before becoming a Realtor, Isai worked for four years in the mortgage industry. Most of his time was spent helping people retain ownership of their homes. His niche in the financial industry was dealing with foreclosures. He developed keen skills in dealing with banks and investors on behalf of homeowners.
Isai is fluent in Spanish which allows him to offer assistance to one of the largest-growing home buying sectors of the market. “Mi casa es su casa,” says Isai, with his trademark smile. “I come from a place of contribution when it comes to my clients wants and needs. And I intimately understand the issues around forbearance, in all its forms.”
“Whether a client is rich or is in distress, I understand how important the transaction is,” says Isai. His honorific understanding of the concept of “home” comes from personal experience. As a young person, his family experienced a foreclosure and lost their home. “A family being torn apart and having to start from scratch is a huge life lesson; one I apply to my daily interactions with clients.”
Isai’s challenges in life have made him relentless in pursuing his goals. “I start each day aiming to be one-percent better—every day.” [BTW, that’s 365% worth of improvement a year!]
Isai shares his life with his wife, Nazaneen Iravani, and their three dogs (Tokyo, Tigre, and Nala). He resides in Granada Hills and commutes to San Francisco for real estate business, as well. Isai’s knowledge of the housing market in Northern and Southern California makes him a valuable asset to Jeff Yarbrough Group
Administration / Marketing Manager
BLAKE PETSKA serves as the Administration and Marketing Manager for the Jeff Yarbrough Group. Prior to joining the team, Blake gained years of real estate experience working with teams and specializing in technology. Most recently, Blake was a Technology Trainer for 36 Keller Williams offices across Los Angeles, training and consulting some of the top teams at the company. With the Jeff Yarbrough Group, Blake helps with conceptualizing, strategizing, and executing campaigns with forward-thinking technology. “I have benefitted from seeing what teams and top agents need across this city,” says Blake. “That’s allowed me to keep marketing and technology at the Jeff Yarbrough Group ahead of the rest.”

KAVON BORGHANI serves as the Listing Manager for the Jeff Yarbrough Group. Kavon was born and raised in the construction industry. A native of Burbank, Kavon gained an appreciation and passion for real estate and property investment at a young age. Kavon has a unique understanding of each of L.A.’s individual neighborhoods--and a number of those outside of Greater Los Angeles. Kavon’s entrepreneurial spirit started in high school (and continued into college) where he started a website construction and maintenance business. Kavon is currently studying finance at Loyola Marymount University’s Hilton School of Business, where he helped start the real estate association on campus, which is a community that helps bring students together who share a passion for real estate. Kavon gives back to his community by supporting the not-for-profit organization “Heal the Bay.”
